Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept credit cards with mail, phone, or fax orders. At this time we do not have on line ordering. DO NOT E-MAIL CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. (1) card per order.


If I order a dark shirt will the lettering show up?
When we embroidery items, we do adjust color so that they will best compliment the garment.

How much is Shipping?
All Facility orders (18 piece minimum) include insured shipping in the lower 48 United States. Single items add $7 for the first item and $1 for each additional item shipped to the same address.

Do you offer a color catalog?
No, to help keep your cost down we only offer the web site information.

Logo Special: For a limited time receive free digitizing with any 36 piece Facility order. Logo subject to approval.

How much is the logo setup?
The normal charge for a chest size logo would be $40 - $75 depending on the complexity. Basic lettering is free. Call for quotes for a custom back logo.

Can you put my personal name or initials on an item?
Names are an additional $5 each.

How long will my order take?
We do everything possible to complete your order quickly. We do ask that you allow 4 to 5 weeks for an order to be shipped.

Can I have a small American Flag added to the sleeve?
You can add an American Flag to any garment for an additional charge of $3.00. The flag is approximately 7/8 wide and 3 /4 high. Suggested locations for the small American Flag are the sleeve of a shirt, the back of a wind shirt or jacket.

Can I have more than (1) logo?
Yes, additional cost will be incurred.

Do I have to buy 18 of the same thing (ex: 18 navy golf shirts) to meet your Free Shipping minimum?
No, You may mix and match styles and colors to meet our minimums.

Do you have large sizes (3XL and above)?
Yes, call or e-mail for availability?

Do you have any other items?
Yes, contact us for a specific item that you are interested in purchasing.

Return Policy

Vector Shirts guarantees our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for exchange.
Shipping cost will be refunded only if the product was damaged or if the wrong item was shipped. Vector Shirts will accept returns of unworn, unwashed clothing for
full refund minus a 20% restocking fee, with a minimum restocking fee of $5.00. All claims for shortages, damages, etc. must be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise.
Returns will be accepted within 2 weeks of receipt of goods.

Exception: Clothing items that has been altered in any manner cannot be returned or exchanged.
